KRAV MAGA INTERNATIONAL INSTRUCTORS COURSE
Dear Krav-Maga professionals, instructors, and practitioners.
The Krav-Maga and Martial Arts division of the International School for the Accreditation of Sports Instructors and Coaches at the Academic College at Levinsky-Wingate (the College) is pleased to invite you to participate in an official course for Krav-Maga Instructors which will be held in Israel from July 6th to 18th, 2025.
This special event is open to all Krav-Maga practitioners and instructors, regardless of the affiliations to which they belong. The objective of this program is to provide a broader understanding of the historic and scientific background and principles of the Krav Maga discipline for those who wish to continue their development and specialization in this self-defense system.
The topics to be taught during the course include:
- History of Krav-Maga and its creator, Grandmaster Imi Sde-Or
- The theory, principles and rationale of the various Krav-Maga techniques
- Scientific basis of physical training and its relevance and implementation in Krav-Maga
- Study and adaptation of teaching methodologies as they apply to Krav-Maga training.
- Teaching presentation, lesson planning, and practice and evaluation of knowledge transfer (teaching).
This course offers three levels of instructor certifications. Level 1 (Yellow/Orange), Level 2 (Green/Blue), Level 3 (Brown/Black). If the candidate comes from an established organization with its own curriculum, he will be evaluated for the appropriate level based on that. The College has to approve the submitted curriculum. If the candidate is not associated with an organization, he will be evaluated by the College provided Krav Maga curriculum. The testing will include both academic and physical training.
Upon successful completion and fulfillment of all requirements of this course, participants will be awarded with an official Krav Maga Instructor certificate from the largest and most prestigious Academic College for Physical Education and Sports Science in the State of Israel.
This certification is internationally recognized as a college level training and can be recognized as a teaching credential by the Ministry of Education of the State of Israel with successful completion of a few additional courses.
